ABOUT Paneer Sprouts Salad RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tablespoon moong sprouts
  2. 2 tablespoons onion chopped
  3. half cup Mini paneer cubes
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  5. one tablespoon grated carrot
  6. one tablespoon grated beetroot
  7. freshly chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP MOONG SPROUTS
  2. MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECONDS AND ADD 2 TBSP ONION, 2 TBSP TOMATOES
  3. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED CARROT, 1 TBSP GRATED BEETROOT
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP MINI PANEER CUBES AND SALT
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  6. 1 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  7. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  8. ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX NICELY
