  1. Pav 6
  2. Butter 100 g
  3. Salt as required
  4. Pav Bhaji mashala 3 teaspoon full
  5. Cilli powder 3/4 teaspoon
  6. Tomatoes chopped 1big 1 small
  7. Boiled potato 3
  8. Chopped vegetables 2 1/2- 3 cups (carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, green peas)
  9. Onion chopped 2 medium
  10. Garlic chopped 5 pods
  11. Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  12. Green cilli chopped as per your taste
  13. Coriander chopped hand full
  14. Lemon 2 for bhaji and serving

Instructions

  1. PAVILION BHAJI
  2. CHOPPED VEGETABLES BOIL POTATOES
  3. HEAT OIL
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONION FRY
  5. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER
  6. FRY ADD CHOPPED GREEN CILLI
  7. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  8. ADD CILLI POWDER
  9. ADD PAV BHAJI MASHALA
  10. FRY
  11. ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES
  12. ADD BOILED POTATOES
  13. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  14. ADD BUTTER
  15. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER
  16. STIR COOK FOR 5-6 MINUTES
  17. ADD LEMON
  18. HEAT BUTTER ON A TAWA
  19. CUT PAV IN MIDDLE
  20. FRY BOTH SIDES IN BUTTER
