  1. 1 pckt bread
  2. one tablespoon black pepper
  3. one tablespoon chat masala
  4. grated carrot 1 cup
  5. green chutney 5 tablespoon
  6. salt to taste
  7. crumble paneer 1 cup

Instructions

  1. TRIM THE EDGES OF 4 BREAD SLICES
  2. SPREAD GREEN CHUTNEY ON TOP OF A SLICE
  3. COVER WITH ANOTHER SLICE, ADD PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE, 1 TBSP CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE
  4. ADD CHAT MASALA TO TASTE
  5. COVER WITH ANOTHER SLICE, ADD 1 TBSP GRATED CARROTS ON TOP
  6. ADD PEPPER POWDER & CHAT MASALA TO TASTE
  7. TOP IT WITH THE FINAL BREAD SLICE, CUT INTO NEAT TRIANGLES
  8. THE TIRANGA SANDWICH IS READY
  9. SERVE WITH SAUCE & CHIPS ON THE SIDE, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
