Radish Rotti is so tasty and healthy. In street we get talipattu by using carrot and onion. Here I used grated radish instead of carrot and followed the remaining same.

  1. Tomato 1/2
  2. Onion small 1
  3. Radish grated 1 cup
  4. Rice flour 2 cup
  5. Grated coconut 1 cup
  6. Water 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED TOMATO AND ONION 1/2 CUP
  2. GRATED RADISH 1 CUP, SALT TO TASTE
  3. GRATED COCONUT 1 CUP
  4. RICE FLOUR 2 CUP
  5. COMBINE WELL, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  6. PREPARE THE SMOOTH DOUGH
  7. DOUGH IS READY
  8. GREASE IRON TAVA
  9. TAKE DOUGH BALL, PAT THINLY BY DIPPING HAND IN WATER
  10. DRIZZLE SOME OIL, LET'S COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  11. FLIP AND COOK FOR 2 MORE MINUTES
  12. AFTER WELL COOK, REMOVE AND SERVE WITH CHUTNEY OR SAUCE
