  1. Rava idli batter 1/2 cup
  2. Leftover besan flour bhajji batter 1 cup
  3. Curry leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  5. onion chopped 1/2 cup
  6. garlic cloves 8-10
  7. Chopped dry coconut 1/4 cup
  8. Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup
  9. salt to taste
  10. Cooking oil for deep fry
  11. Green chilli optional

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER RAVA IDLIES BATTER 1/2 CUP, LEFTOVER BESAN FLOUR BHAJJI BATTER 1 CUP
  2. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, CURRY LEAVES, CHOPPED ONION EACH 1/2 CUP
  3. CHOPPED DRY COCONUT, GARLIC CLOVES, SPRING ONION
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  5. FRY IN HOT OIL
  6. FLIP AND FRY BOTH THE SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN IN MEDIUM FLAME
  7. REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER TO ABSORB EXCESS OIL AND SERVE IN HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
