Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour. 1 cup
  2. Samolina 1/3 cup
  3. Ghee 2 tbs
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Milk powder 2 tbs
  6. Sugar. 1/2 cup
  7. Sesame seeds 2 tbs
  8. Ground nuts 2 tbs
  9. Cardamom powder(3)
  10. Shredded coconut 1/3 cup warm water as required

Instructions

  1. TRANSFER 1 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR,SAMOLINA 1/3 CUP,GHEE 2 TBS
  2. MIX WELL UNTILL IT CRUMBLED,ADD SALT
  3. ADD 2 TBS POWDER MILK,1/3 CUP SUGAR, MIXTURE OF 2 TBS SESAME SEEDS+ 2 TBS CRUSHED NUTS
  4. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER,1/3 CUP SHREDDED COCONUT,LUKE WARM WATER
  5. KNEAD WELL & MAKE A FIRM DOUGH.ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 1 HOUR ON COVERED.
  6. DUST SOME FLOUR & FLATTEN THE DOUGH
  7. FLATTENING DOUGH INTO 5/6 MM CUT COOKIES USING COOKIE CUTTER
  8. REMOVE EXTRA DOUGH
  9. CUTTING PROSESS OF LAHORE DAISY COOKIES
  10. LAHORE COOKIES ARE READY TO FRY
  11. RELEASE ALL COOKIES INTO SUFFICIENT HOT OIL
  12. FLIP THEM WHEN ONE SIDE IS FULLY DONE
  13. TAKE OFF ALL COOKIES WHEN THEY GET GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR
  14. ENJOY YOUR TEA TIME WITH AUTHENTIC TASTE OF HOME MADE LAHORE COOKIES
