Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  5. Cooking oil for deep fry
  6. Sev 1/4 cup
  7. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped tomato 1/2 cup
  9. Fried groundnut 1/4 tbs
  10. Leftover dal any kind 4 tbs
  11. Garam masala powder 2 tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. COMBINE, WHEAT FLOUR, SALT, WATER
  2. KNEAD WELL, ADD COOKING OIL, AGAIN KNEAD WELL
  3. MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  4. PRESS IT IN WHEAT FLOUR, ROLL SMOOTHLY
  5. CUT INTO SMALL ROUNDS AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. FRY IN HOT OIL
  7. FLIP AND FRY
  8. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  9. REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER TO ABSORB EXCESS OIL
  10. CRUSH THE SUFFICIENT POORIS
  11. POUR HOT LEFTOVER HOME MADE DAL
  12. ADD CHOPPED ONION, TOMATOES, CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. GARNISH WITH SEV AND FRIED GROUNDNUT, SERVE MASALA POORI IMMEDIATELY
