  1. 3/4 cup baajra aata
  2. 1/2 cup suji
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1 tbsp flakes
  6. 1 tbsp oregano
  7. 1 cup capsicum
  8. 1 cup onion
  9. 1 cup tomato
  10. Oil for cooking
  11. Chaat masala,salt and red chilli powder for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3/4 CUP BAAJRA AATA IN A BOWL
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP SUJI
  3. AND 1 CUP CURD
  4. MIX ALL OF THEM
  5. NOW CHOP VEGETABLES CAPSICUM,ONION,TOMATO,SALT,FLAKES AND OREGANO
  6. ADD GINGER PASTE,SALT,FLAKES IN UTTAPAM BATTAR
  7. AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  8. HEAT UTTAPAM PAN ,GREASE IT AND ADD BATTAR
  9. NOW ADD CAPSICUM
  10. TOMATO AND ONION PRESS THEM LITTLE
  11. LET THEM COOK AND ADD LITTLE OIL
  12. FLIP THEM AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
  13. BAAJRA AATA TAKES TIME TO COOK SO LET THEM COOK
  14. OUR BAAJRA UTTAPAM ARE READY SPRINKLE SOME SALT,CHILLI POWDER AND CHAAT MASALA AND SERVE HOT
