  1. 250 gms boiled and peeled colacassia(arvi)
  2. 2 tsp oil
  3. Cumin seeds mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Gram flour 1 tsp
  8. Water 2 cups
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curd 1 cup
  11. Coriander finely chopped 2 tsp
  12. Tomaro 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2TSP OIL IN A WOK.ADD 1 TSP CUMIN AND MUSTARD SEEDS.ONCE IT CRACKLE,ADD 1 TSP GREENCHILLI PASTE
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC,1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1 TSP GRAM FLOUR,1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER AND ROAST
  3. NOW ADD 250 GMS BOILED AND CHOPPED COLACASSIA(ARVI) AND 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  4. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER AND LET IT COOK
  5. ADD SALT AND 1 CUP SOUR CURD AND COOK FOR 15 MIN TILL THE GRAVY THICKENS
  6. ONCE THE CURRY THICKENS.GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT WITH CHAPATI
