  1. Oil 2 tsp
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Roasted chana 2 tsp
  5. Coconut powder 2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves 1 tsp
  7. Mint leaves 1 cup
  8. Salt
  9. Green chillies 3-4
  10. Roasted groundnut 2 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Lemon jyice 1 tsp
  13. Water to grind 1tbsp
  14. Curry leaves few
  15. Red chilly 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OIL IN A WOK,ADD 1TSP CUMIN SEEDS,2 TBSP ROASTEDCHANA
  2. ADD 2 TSP COCONUT POWDER AND ROAST IN SLOW FLAME FOR FEW MIN
  3. ADD 3-4 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 CUP EACH WASHED CORUANDER AND MINT LEAVES
  4. KEEP ROASTING ON SLOW FLAME
  5. ONCE DONE..YOU WILL GET A AROMATIC SMELL..OFF TGE GAS AND COOL IT
  6. GRIND THE ROASTED MIXTURE,2 TSP ROASTED PEANUTS, SALT, 1/2 TURMERIC AND 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  7. ONCE DONE..ADD TADKA ON IT..BY HEATING OIL..ADD CUMIN MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES,CHOPPED RED CHILLY
