Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Roasted chana 2 tsp
Coconut powder 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Mint leaves 1 cup
Salt
Green chillies 3-4
Roasted groundnut 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon jyice 1 tsp
Water to grind 1tbsp
Curry leaves few
Red chilly 1
Instructions
HEAT 2 TSP OIL IN A WOK,ADD 1TSP CUMIN SEEDS,2 TBSP ROASTEDCHANA
ADD 2 TSP COCONUT POWDER AND ROAST IN SLOW FLAME FOR FEW MIN
ADD 3-4 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 CUP EACH WASHED CORUANDER AND MINT LEAVES
KEEP ROASTING ON SLOW FLAME
ONCE DONE..YOU WILL GET A AROMATIC SMELL..OFF TGE GAS AND COOL IT
GRIND THE ROASTED MIXTURE,2 TSP ROASTED PEANUTS, SALT, 1/2 TURMERIC AND 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
ONCE DONE..ADD TADKA ON IT..BY HEATING OIL..ADD CUMIN MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES,CHOPPED RED CHILLY
