Ingredients: Unsalted butter 1/4 cup; Hot dog buns 4; Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon; Onion big sized 1 finely chopped; Tomato ripe red big 2sized finely chopped; Red chilly -garlic paste 1 tablespoon; Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon; Salt 1 teaspoon; Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon; Chaat masala powder 1 teaspoon or as preferred; cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon; Cilantros chopped 3 tablespoons; Pav Bhaji masala 1/2 to 1 teaspoon or as preferred .

Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Hot dog buns 4
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Onion big sized 1 finely chopped
Tomato ripe red big 2sized finely chopped
Red chilly -garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala powder 1 teaspoon or as preferred
cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cilantros chopped 3 tablespoons
Pav Bhaji masala 1/2 to 1 teaspoon or as preferred .

Instructions

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan .
Crackle 1 teaspoon cumin seeds .
Add 1 big onion finely chopped . Sauté till translucent.
Add teaspoon salt while sautéing onions .
Add chopped red ripe big tomatoes 2 .Sauté until mushy.
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder .
Add 1 tablespoon red chili - garlic paste .
Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste .
Add chaat masala 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon.
Add generous butter. Combine Masala well .
Once masala is cooked well . Sprinkle cilantros . Switch off the heat .
Take hot dog buns and make gentle slits on the bun .
Now stuff the buttery Masala filling in the slit portions and top the buns with masala fillings .
Repeat steps on the remaining hot dog buns as well .
Heat a iron griddle . Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter .
Place the masala buns on the griddle . Add extra butter so every bun absorbs butter . Sprinkle pav
Bhaji masala . Roast the buns in medium heat until golden brown.
Flip and roast all the sides . Add extra butter if preferred .
