Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4-5 chicken drumsticks
  2. 2 tbsp roasted Besan
  3. Butter as required to brush
  4. For Marination
  5. 1/2 cup hung curd
  6. 2 teaspoon tandoori chicken masala ( homemade or store-bought)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  8. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. MAKE DEEP INCISION ON BOTH SIDES OF CHICKEN LEGS
  2. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS MENTIONED UNDER MARINATION SECTION
  3. ADD CHICKEN LEGS AND MARINATE
  4. COVER AND REST FOR 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT (REFRIGERATE)
  5. LINE BAKING TRAY WITH FOIL AND GREASE ALL OVER
  6. ADD ROASTED BESAN TO CHICKEN AND MIX
  7. PLACE MARINATED CHICKEN OVER PREPARED BAKING TRAY
  8. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 220
  9. BRUSH BUTTER ON TOP
  10. BAKE AGAIN FOR 15 MINUTES PREHEATED OVEN AT 220
  11. FLIP CHICKEN
  12. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT REDUCED TEMPERATURE OF 180
  13. BRUSH BUTTER ON TOP
  14. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180
  15. SERVE HOT WITH ONIONS, LEMON WEDGES AND GREEN CHUTNEY
