ADD 2 CUPS OF SUGAR
MIX WELL, SUGAR MELTS COMPLETELY
WHEN THE MIXTURE STARTS THICKENING ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 1/2 CUP, MIX WELL
ADD DRY FRUITS AND 1/4 CUP GHEE
SAUTE TILL MIXTURE LEAVES THE BOTTOM
TRANSFER INTO OILY SHEET OR PLATE OR BANANA LEAF
SPRINKLE A TSP OF GHEE AND SPREAD EVENLY THE MIXTURE
AFTER COOL IN ROOM TEMPERATURE CUT HALWA IN DESIRED SHAPE AND SERVE
