  4. CLOSE WET CLOTH LEAVE 10MIN
  5. AFTER THAT REMOVE CLOTH TAKE DOE
  6. ROLE WITH ROTI STICK PRESS ROUND SHAPE
  7. THEN PAPAD PURI IS READY TAKE A FORK PRESS IT
  8. PUT INTO OIL FOR DEEP FRI IT UPTO ROASTED BROWN COLOUR TAKE INTOBA TISSUE PAPPER ..THESE PAPADS MAKE
  9. FOR KATHA METHA CHUTNEY:::HEAT PAN POUR HALF BOWL TAMARIND JUICE (SOAK AND MAKE JUICE )1/2 TSP SALT
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,30 GMS JAGGERY..KEEP BOIL UNTIL IT SHOULD GET THICK
  11. KATHA AND METHA CHUTNEY IS READY..
  12. THEN GREEN CHUTNEY::1 BOWL MINT LEAVES,GARLIC CLOVES 3,1 TSP DRI CHANADALL,1/2 TSP SALT,JEERA,2 GREE
  13. TAKE A SERVING PLATE PLACE FRIED PAPADS,BOILED POTATOES,SPROUTS
  14. PUT SPROUTS ON EACH PAPAD
  15. POUR DAHI ON EACH PAPAD
  16. THEN PUT GREEN CHUTNEY,T HEN KATHA AND METHA CHUTNEY
  17. SPRINKLE CHILLI,S ALT,JEERA POWDER ON TOP OF PAPADS
  18. FINALLY PUT SEV ON IT..READY TO SERVE SPROUTS
