Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms boiled and peeled colacassia(arvi)
  2. 2 tsp oil
  3. Cumin seeds mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Gram flour 1 tsp
  8. Water 2 cups
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curd 1 cup
  11. Coriander finely chopped 2 tsp
  12. Tomaro 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & MUSTARD SEEDS, 1 TSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI POWDER, GRAM FLOUR & CORIANDER POWDER, SAUTE
  3. ADD 250 GMS BOILED, PEELED & CHOPPED COLACASSIA / ARVI, 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
  4. ADD 2 CUPS WATER, BRING TO A BOIL
  5. ADD SALT, 1 CUP SOUR CURD, SIMMER FOR 15 MINS UNTIL THE GRAVY THICKENS
  6. THE SABZI IS READY, GARNISH WITH 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE HOT WITH ROTI / RICE
