  8. coconut paste-3 tblspn

  1. TAKE YOUR INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A BOWL ADD EGG, ONIO,CHILLI ND CURRY LEAVES
  3. NEXT ADD THE SPICE POWDERS
  4. ADD SALT ND BEAT WELL
  5. POUR THIS MIXTURE TO ANOTHER BOWL
  6. STEAM IT IN IDLY COOKER FOR 20-30 MINS
  7. CHECK IT AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  8. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD ONION CURRY LEAVVES ND G.G PASTE ND SAUTE WELL
  9. NEXT ADD TOMALTO ND LITTLE SALT ND MIX WELL
  10. ADD 1SPN CHILLI POWDER ND 1 1/2TBLSPN CURRY POWDER (KULAMBU MASALA)
  11. ADD 1/2CUP WATER ND COOK IT FOR 5MINS
  12. NEXT ALDD 3TBLSPN COCONUT PALSTE ALONG WITH WATER
  13. COOK IT FOR 10MINS
  14. AFTER ADD EGG PIECES ND COOK IT FOR 8MINS
  15. WHEN OIL LEAVES OUT SWITCH OFF THE FLAME ND SERVE
