  9. coriander leaves
  10. salt
  11. Curd...4tspn
  12. Tamarind_date chutney...1tspn
  13. Sev

Instructions

  1. MAKE A DOUGH OF FLOUR, SALT ,OIL & REQUIRED WATER
  2. ROLL OUT A ROTI , PLACE A KATORI OR CUP & WRAP IT WELL.
  3. REMOVE EXTRA PORTION
  4. HEAT OIL & DEEP FRY IT IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  5. REMOVE THE KATORI & FRY IT WELL
  6. PREPARE THE CHAAT NOW
  7. PUT THE CHAAT INSIDE FLOUR BOWL
  8. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT & CURD
  9. ADD TAMARIND_DATES CHUTNEY
  10. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, LEMON JUICE & SEV
