  1. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Red chilli 1
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Channa dal 1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. Turmeric powder a pinch
  8. Chopped onion 1 cup
  9. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  10. Water
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Whole wheat rava 2 cup

Instructions

  1. SEASONING
  2. ADD CHANNA DAL, LET IT FRY
  3. ADD ONION 1 CUP FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  4. CURRY LEAVES AND TURMERIC POWDER
  5. HALF AN HOUR SOAKED WHOLE WHEAT RAVA
  6. ADD WATER 2 CUP
  7. SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM-LOW FLAME
  8. CHECK THE COOKNESS IN BETWEEN
  9. ADD GRATED COCONUT, MIX WELL, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT
