  1. Roasted rice vermicelli 100 gms
  2. water
  3. salt to taste
  4. ghee 1 tsp
  5. Urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. cashews few
  8. Green chilli 1
  9. Curry leaves few
  10. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  11. Green beans chopped 1/2 cup
  12. cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  13. tomato chopped 1/4 cup
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  16. onion chopped 1 cup
  17. Channa dal 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE FRY CASHEWS
  2. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. URAD DAL
  4. CHANNA DAL
  5. CHOPPED ONION
  6. GREEN CHILLI
  7. CURRY LEAVES
  8. CHOPPED TOMATO
  9. GREEN BEANS CHOPPED
  10. CABBAGE CHOPPED
  11. SALT TO TASTE
  12. TURMERIC POWDER
  13. RED CHILLI POWDER
  14. SAUTE AND COOK IN LOW FLAME TILL TENDER
  15. ADD GRATED COCONUT, MIX WELL
  16. ADD ROASTED RICE VERMICELLI IN TO BOILING WATER 1/2 LTR
  17. LET IT COOK UNTIL WATER DRAIN ITSELF
  18. ADD COOKED RICE VERMICELLI
  19. MIX WELL AND SERVE IN HOT
