Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Red chilli 1
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Channa dal 1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. turmeric powder a pinch
  8. Chopped onion 1 cup
  9. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  10. water
  11. salt to taste
  12. Whole wheat rava 2 cup

Instructions

  1. ROAST 1 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD SEEDS & URAD DAL, 2 DRY RED CHILLIES IN 1 TSP OIL
  2. ADD 1 TSP CHANA DAL
  3. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 10-12 CURRY LEAVES, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD PRE-SOAKED ( FOR 30 MINS ) WHOLE WHEAT SEMOLINA / RAVA
  6. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX, COVER & COOK ON LOW- MEDIUM HEAT
  8. STIR IN BETWEEN
  9. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED FRESH COCONUT, SERVE HOT
