  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Paneer 250 gm
  3. Sugar 3 tbs
  4. Elaichi powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 LITER FULL CREAM MILK IN A KADHAI
  2. KEEP STIRRING ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 15-20 MINUTES & REDUCE IT
  3. ONCE THE MILK THICKENED ,ADD 3 TBS SUGAR & MIX WELL
  4. ADD 250 GM GRATED PANEER & STIR FOR 3-4 MIUTES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  5. STIR CONTINUE
  6. IT'S DONE,ADD 1/4 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER & TAKE OFF THE HEAT
  7. TRANSFER INTO A GREASED TRAY
  8. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PISTACHIOS & LET IT COOL COMPLETELY & THEN CUT THE PIECES
