  1. Unsifted rice flour-1kg

  3. Big onion-1
  4. Grated coconut-2 big

  9. Coconut milk-400ml

Instructions

  1. TAKE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A WIDE COOKER HEAT 1/4CUP OIL ADD CINNAMON, CARDAMOM, SOME ONION ND CURRY LEAVES
  3. NEXT ADD 3TBLSPN G.G PASTE ND MIX WELL
  4. WHEN RAW SMELL WENT ADD CHOPPED ONION, CHOPPED TOMATO, 2SPN CHILLI POWDER ND MIX WELL
  5. ADD 3/4KG MUTTON BONES ND MIX WELL
  6. ADD SALT ND MIX WELL
  7. ADD 1/2CUP CURRY MASALA (KULAMBU MASALA) MIX WELL
  8. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND WATER ND MIX WELL
  9. WHEN BUBBLES STARTS TO COME CLOSE THE LID ND COOK IT FOR 5-6 WHISTLES
  10. AFTER TAKE THE SALNA INTO ANOTHER BOWL
  11. IN A WIDE VESSEL ADD 1KG UNSIFTED RICEFLOUR, CHOPPED ONION ND COCONUT
  12. ADD SALT ND CHILLI, CURRY ND CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. MIX WELL
  14. ADD THE BOILED SALNA INTO RICE FLOUR ND MIX WELL
  15. MIX WELL WITH HANDS ND KEEP ASIDE FOR 20MINS
  16. NEXT MAKE A SMOOTH BALL WITH YOUR HANDS DON'T PRESS VERY TIGHTLY
  17. NEXT TRANSFER REMAINING SALNA ND BONES TO WIDE VESSEL, TAKE OUT THE BONES, HEAT THE SALNA ALONE AND ADD MORE WATER ND BOIL IT
  18. WHEN IT BOILS WELL ADD THE BALLS VERY GENTLY
  19. AFTER 10MINS CLOSE THE LID ND COOK IT FOR ANOTHER 15MINS
  20. AFTER JUST SHAKE THE VESSEL ND COOK (NOTE: DON'T PUT LADDLE AND MIX)
  21. FINALLY ADD 0400ML COCONUT MILK ND COOK FOR 20MINS IN MEDIUM FLAME
  22. FINALLY ADD THE MUTTON ND BONE PIECES MIX WELL
  23. PERFECTLY DONE
