Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rajma -1cup(boiled & smashed)
  2. To Fry:-
  3. Ghee-2Tbsp
  4. Elachi-1
  5. Asafotida-little
  6. Jeeragam-1/2tsp
  7. Green Chilli-1/2 chopped
  8. Ginger-Garlic paste-1tsp
  9. Onoin-1/2 Chopped
  10. Tomato-1/2, Chopped
  11. Ketchup-1tsp
  12. Chilli powder-1/2tsp
  13. Garam Masala-1/2tsp
  14. Yogurt-1/2tsp
  15. Salt
  16. Corriander leaves
  17. To Dip:-
  18. Bread Crumbs-1Cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP GHEE, ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 GREEN CARDAMOM, 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONIONS
  2. ADD 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, SAUTE
  3. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, SAUTE TILL DRY
  4. COOL THE MIX, SHAPE INTO KEBABS, ROLL OVER BREADCRUMBS & FREEZE FOR 10 MINS
  5. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL / GHEE ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  6. FLIP & FRY FROM BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP OR CHUTNEY
