  1. carrot grated 1/2 cup
  2. cucumber grated 1/2 cup
  3. paneer grated 1 cup
  4. curd 1 cup
  5. besan flour 1 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. jeera powder 1 tsp
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. coriander seeds powder 1 tsp
  10. coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  11. Dil leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  12. Baby corn chopped 1/4 cup
  13. onion chopped 1 cup
  14. ginger grated 2 tsp
  15. Coconut oil 1 tsp
  16. Wheat flour 1 + 1/2 cup
  17. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  18. salt 1/2 tsp
  19. buttermilk 3/4 cup
  20. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. GRATED PANEER, CHOPPED ONION EACH 1 CUP
  2. GRATED CUCUMBER, GRATED CARROT EACH 1/2 CUP, GRATED GINGER 2 TSP
  3. CHOPPED BABY CORN 1/4 CUP, CURD 1 CUP
  4. CHOPPED DIL LEAVES, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES EACH 1/2 CUP
  5. SALT TO TASTE, CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, JEERA POWDER
  6. MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE 30 MINUTES FOR MARINATION
  7. ADD A TSP OF COCONUT OIL, SAUTE AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME UNTILL EVAPORATION OF CURD
  8. ADD A TSP OF BESAN FLOUR, MIX WELL AND TAKE OFF FLAME
  9. 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  10. ADD BUTTERMILK 3/4 CUP, MIX AND KNEAD WELL
  11. ADD 3 TSP OF COOKING OIL, CONTINUE KNEADING TO GET SOFT DOUGH
  12. MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  13. DUST SOME WHEAT FLOUR, PRESS THE DOUGH BALL IN WHEAT FLOUR AND ROLL IT
  14. ROLL THINLY
  15. SPREAD 2 TSP OF CHEESY MIXTURE, FOLD INTO HALF
  16. COVER THE EDGES AND GIVE SHAPES
  17. KEEP ASIDE, CONTINUE REMAINING
  18. GREASE TAVA AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  19. FLIP AND COOK ANOTHER SIDE UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN
  20. IT'S BULGING LIKE POORI, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT WITH KETCHUP
