Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked rice
  2. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  3. 1/2 cup soya nuggets soaked in hot water
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER, ADD 1 BAY LEAF, 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  2. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINS
  4. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP SOYA NUGGETS ( PRE-SOAKED IN HOT WATER FOR 10 MINS )
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA, MIX
  8. ADD 1 CUP RICE ( PRE-SOAKED IN 2 CUPS OF WATER FOR 10 MINS ), MIX & PRESSURE COOK UPTO 2 WHISTLES
  9. PULAO IS READY, SERVE HOT WITH RAITA
