Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup sprouted black channa
  2. 1 medium sized onion
  3. A small yellow and green capsicum
  4. 1 medium sized tomato
  5. A pinch turmeric powder
  6. 1 and half tbsp coreander powder
  7. 1 tbsp chilli powder
  8. salt as per requited.

Instructions

  1. LET THE BAY LEAF,SOANF SEEDS ,CUMIN SEEDS TO SIZZLE. ADD CHOPPED ONION CAPSICUMS, TOMATO INTO PAN.
  2. ADD IN SALT, PINCH TURMERIC, A TBSP OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE. LET IT COOK UNTIL THE ONION TURN MUSHY.
  3. LEAVE EVERYTHING TO GET COOKED FOR 2 - 3 MINUTES.
  4. ADD IN A CUP OF SPROUTED BLACK CHANNA INTO THE ONION PORTION.
  5. ADD IN 1 AND HALF TBSP COREANDER POWDER AND 1 TBSP CHILLI POWDER.
  6. LET THE GRAVY COOK FOR 10 - 12 MINUTES.
  7. ONCE THE GRAVY GETS COOLED, ADD A PORTION OF THEM INTO A MORTAR AND GRIND TO A COARSE PASTE.
  8. ADD THE GRINDED PORTION INTO THE GRAVY. MIX WELL.
  9. CAN ADD A TSP OF GARAM MASALA AS WELL IF PREFERRED. THE GRAVY IS SO YUMMY AS WELL NUTRITIOUS.
