This is a recipe straight from my sister's kitchen. She loves mushrooms and tries it in every recipe. I must say this was an awesome try.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha (washed in water) - 250 gms
  2. Mushroom - 200 gms
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Onions - 1
  5. Potato - 1
  6. Peanuts - 4 tspn
  7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
  8. Green chilli - 2
  9. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
  10. Chilli powder - 1/ 2 tspn
  11. Black pepper - 1/4 tspn
  12. Salt
  13. Refined oil
  14. Chaat masala for sprinkling
  15. Tomato ketchup for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND LET IT SPLUTTER
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, POTATOES, GREEN CHILLIES
  4. SAUTE TILL ONIONS TURNS TRANSLUCENT
  5. MEANWHILE, ADD PEANUTS AND KEEP ON SAUTEING
  6. START ADDING HALDI, CHILLI POWDER
  7. BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  8. MIX THE MASALAS WELL
  9. ADD SALT, IT HELPS TO BECOME POTATOES SOFT
  10. NOW ADD MUSHROOMS
  11. COOK FOR 5 MIN
  12. THEN ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  13. SAUTE TILL TOMATOES BECOME SOFT
  14. ADD THE POHA(WASH IN WATER SO THAT IT BECOMES SOFT)
  15. MIX WELL WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS
  16. COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MIN. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
