Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 capsicum cubed
  2. 200g cubed Paneer
  3. 1 onion cubed
  4. 1 cup hung curd/yogurt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  6. one teaspoon fennel powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon ajwain
  8. salt to taste
  9. one tablespoon lemon juice
  10. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  11. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  12. one tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  13. one teaspoon mustard powder
  14. 1.5 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi
  16. 1/4 teaspoon methi powder
  17. 2 tbsp mustard oil
  18. 3-4 tbsp oil to roast

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD, ADD 1 TBSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE, THE POWDERED SPICES & 1/4 TSP KASURI METHI
  2. ADD SALT, 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL, 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL
  3. ADD 200 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 EACH OF A DICED ONION & CAPSICUM, MIX
  4. COVER & REFRIGERATE FOR 1-2 HOURS
  5. INSERT THE MARINATED MIX ON SKEWERS LIKE THIS
  6. HEAT 3-4 TBSP OIL ON A NON-STICK PAN, PLACE THE SKEWERS, DRIZZLE SOME OIL ON TOP
  7. ROTATE & SHALLOW FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON ALL SIDES
  8. SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
