Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi mushroom penne pasta 2 pkts
  2. olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. garlic 3 cloves
  4. flour 1 tbsp
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Cheese cubes 2
  7. spinach puree 1/2 cup
  8. Mix vegetables (carrots,peas,capsicum,olives) 1 cup
  9. salt 1/4 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. TAKE A PACKET OF MUSHROOM PENNE PASTA AND CUT.REMOVE THE TASTEMAKER PACKET AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. TAKE 2 CUPS WATER IN A VESSEL AND PUT THE PASTA.BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES AND DRAIN.I HAVE USED 2 PACKETS.
  4. CUT BOTH THE TASTEMAKERS AND POUR CONTENTS IN A BOWL.
  5. ADD 4 TBSP WATER AND MAKE A THICK PASTE.KEEP ASIDE.
  6. TAKE 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL IN A PAN.
  7. ADD 3 CLOVES OF FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE.
  8. NOW ADD 1 TBSP FLOUR AND SAUTE ON LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES.
  9. ONCE THE FLOUR IS ROASTED ADD 1 CUP MILK AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY.
  10. WHEN THE SAUCE THICKENS A BIT,ADD THE MUSHROOM TASTEMAKER PASTE.COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
  11. ADD 1/2 CUP SPINACH PUREE AND MIX WELL.
  12. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT AND BLACK PEPPER.ADD 2 CUBES OF GRATED CHEESE.
