Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. two packets of Maggi pazzta Masala Penne
  2. for marinara sauce
  3. one tablespoon olive oil
  4. one tablespoon finally chopped garlic
  5. 1/4 cup finally chopped onion
  6. 3/4 cup blanched and chopped tomatoes
  7. salt to taste
  8. half teaspoon dried Basil
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  10. fresh basil leaves 4-5
  11. 4 eggs
  12. half cup boiled water
  13. cheese as per your choice

Instructions

  1. BOIL 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI MASALA PENNE PAZZTA AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK TILL AL DENTE
  2. STRAIN & SET ASIDE
  3. FOR THE MARINARA SAUCE - HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  4. ADD 1 TBSP MINCED GARLIC, SAUTE UNTIL BROWN
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  6. ADD 3/4 CUP BLANCHED, CHOPPED TOMATOES
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL, SALT TO TASTE
  8. THE MARINARA SAUCE IS READY, ADD THE BOILED PAZZTA, MIX
  9. TAKE 2 PACKETS OF THE PAZZTA TASTEMAKER, ADD 1/2 CUP BOILED WATER, MIX WELL
  10. ADD THIS TO THE PAZZTA, STIR IN, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  11. TRANSFER PAZZTA TO A BAKING DISH
  12. CRACK 4 EGGS ONE BY ONE, INTO THE DISH
  13. SPRINKLE 1/4 CUP GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  14. SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  15. COOK IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINS
  16. REMOVE WHEN DONE
  17. SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF FRESH BASIL ON TOP, SERVE HOT
