Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi mushroom penne pasta 2 pkts
  2. olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. garlic 3 cloves
  4. flour 1 tbsp
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Cheese cubes 2
  7. spinach puree 1/2 cup
  8. Mix vegetables (carrots,peas,capsicum,olives) 1 cup
  9. salt 1/4 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. CUT OPEN 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA
  2. HEAT 2 CUPS WATER, ADD THE PAZZTA, BOIL FOR 5 MINS, DRAIN & SET ASIDE
  3. CUT BOTH THE TASTEMAKERS, POUR THE CONTENTS INTO A BOWL
  4. ADD 4 TBSP WATER, MIX TO MAKE A THICK PASTE, SET ASIDE
  5. HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL IN A NONSTICK PAN, ADD 3 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  6. ADD 1 TBSP FLOUR, SAUTE ON LOW HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  7. ADD 1 CUP MILK, STIR CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THICK
  8. ADD THE READY PASTE MADE WITH THE TASTEMAKER, STIR & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP SPINACH PUREE, MIX WELL
  10. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF SALT PEPPER POWDER, ADD 2 GRATED CHEESE CUBES
  11. ADD 1 CUP BOILED MIXED VEGETABLES OF CHOICE
  12. ADD THE BOILED PAZZTA, MIX & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  13. GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF GRATED CHEESE & AN OLIVE, SERVE HOT
