  1. Egg - 2
  2. Brown bread - 2
  3. Onions - 1 small
  4. Tomato -1 small
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper powder - 1/4 tspn
  7. Milk- 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. MIX WELL 2 EGGS WITH A FORK.
  2. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS , TOMATOES
  3. AND GREEN CHILLIES AND MIX WELL
  4. ADD SALT
  5. PEPPER POWDER
  6. AND 1/2 CUP MILK
  7. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTES
  8. HEAT THE PAN, WARM THE BREAD UP SO THAT IT BECOMES CRISPY
  9. ADD OIL TO THE PAN
  10. SPREAD IT EVENLY
  11. NOW ADD THE EGG MIXTURE SLOWLY.
  12. ALLOW IT TO COOK ON LOW FLAME
  13. WHEN ITS HALF COOKED, PUT THE BREAD ON IT, AND TURN ASIDE
  14. NOW TAKE ANOTHER BREAD AND MAKE A CIRCLE IN BETWEEN
  15. PUT THIS BREAD ON PAN, ADD THE EGG MIXTURE IN BETWEEN AND COOK
  16. COOK BY COVERING
  17. TOSS THE BREAD AND COOK
  18. ITS READY !!
  19. U CAN EVEN TAKE THE LEFT PART AND POUR THE REMAINING EGG ON IT
