Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maggi mushroom penne pazzta 2 packets
  2. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic 3 cloves
  4. Flour 1 tbsp
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Cheese cubes 2
  7. Mix vegetables (peas,capsicum,carrot,olives) 1 cup
  8. Spinach puree 1/2 cup
  9. Salt 1/4 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. OPEN A PACKET OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PAZZTA AND REMOVE TASTE MAKER.
  3. ADD THE PASTA IN A PAN.HERE I HAVE USED 2 PACKETS.
  4. NOW ADD 250 ML WATER PER PACKET AS MENTIONED ON PACKET.
  5. ADD THE MUSHROOM TASTEMAKERS.
  6. MIX PROPERLY AND THEN KEEP ON FLAME .
  7. LET IT COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  8. KEEP STIRING IN BETWEEN AS THE SAUCE THICKENS GRADUALLY AND ALL THE WATER IS ABSORBED.
  9. NOW LETS PREPARE THE CHEESY SPINACH SAUCE.TAKE 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL AND ADD 3 CHOPPED CLOVES OF GARLIC.
  10. ADD 1 TBSP OF FLOUR AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME.
  11. ADD 1 CUP MILK AND STIR TO MAKE LUMPFREE MIX.
  12. WHEN SAUCE THICKENS A BIT ADD 1/2 CUP SPINACH PUREE.ALSO ADD 1 CUP BOILED MIX VEGETABLES.
  13. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT,PEPPER AND 2 GRATED CHEESE CUBES.
  14. MIX AND SIMMER FOR A MINUTE.
  15. MIX THIS CHEESY SPINACH SAUCE IN THE COOKED MUSHROOM PAZZTA.
  16. MIX LIGHTLY SUCH THAT EVERYTHING BLENDED PROPERLY.
  17. OUR MUSHROOM PAZZTA IN CHEESY SPINACH SAUCE IS READY.SERVE HOT .
  18. GARNISH WITH SOME GRATED CHEESE AND OLIVES.
