  1. Rice flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Water 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Onion chopped 2 cup
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves 1 bunch
  7. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. LET DISSOLVE SALT IN 2 CUP OF WATER
  2. ADD 1 1/2 CUP OF RICE FLOUR
  3. JEERA, CURRY LEAVES
  4. CHOPPED ONION
  5. COMBINE WELL
  6. PREPARE SMOOTH DOUGH
  7. GREASE IRON TAVA
  8. TAKE HANDFULL OF DOUGH, SPREAD EVENLY, COVER AND COOK
  9. OPEN THE LID, APPLY OIL
  10. REMOVE BY SPATULA AND SERVE IN HOT
