Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Ghee 3 tbsp
  3. Ajwain 1 tsp
  4. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Luke warm water as needed

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL REQUIRED INGREDIENTS.
  2. TAKE 2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR AND ADD 1 TSP AJWAIN, 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA AND SALT AS PER TASTE.
  3. NOW POUR 3 TBSP GHEE.
  4. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL USING YOUR HAND.
  5. WE CAN MAKE THE BALL OF FLOUR MEANS MOYAN IS PERFECT.
  6. KNEAD THE DOUGH WITH LUKE WARM WATER.
  7. DOUGH SHOULD BE SOFT LIKE CHAPATI DOUGH.
  8. COVER THE DOUGH WITH LID AND KEEP IT FOR REST FOR 10-15 MIN.
  9. MEANWHILE BOIL THE WATER AND PUT SOME GHEE.
  10. TILL THEN MAKE THE BALL OF DOUGH.
  11. MAKE THE BAATI LIKE THIS.
  12. WHEN WATER START BOILING THROW THE BAATI INTO IT ONE BY ONE.
  13. LET THEM BOIL.
  14. STIR OCCASIONALLY.
  15. SEE ALL THE BAATIES ARE NICELY FLOATING .
  16. NOW BAATIES ARE WELL COOKED. TAKE THEM OUT OF WATER.
  17. HEAT THE TAWA.
  18. PUT SOME GHEE AND PLACE THE BAATI.
  19. APPLY MORE GHEE AS REQUIRED.
  20. COVER IT FOR A WHILE.
  21. AFTER SOME TIME TURN THEM AND COOK.
  22. LOOK HOW BEAUTIFULLY THEY COOKED.
  23. PUT COOKED BAATI IN THE PLATE.
  24. SERVE BAATI WITH DAL AND BHARTA.
