  1. For Crust
  2. 110g soft unsalted butter
  3. 3/4 cup flour
  4. 1/4 cup almond flour
  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  8. For Creamcheese layer
  9. 250g soft creamcheese
  10. 1/4 cup sugar
  11. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  12. 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  13. 1 egg
  14. For apple layer
  15. 2 medium apples, peeled cored and chopped
  16. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  17. 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  18. 1/2 tbsp sugar
  19. For Streusel topping
  20. 1/4 cup oats
  21. 1/4 cup almond flour
  22. 1/4 cup maida
  23. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  24. 50g soft unsalted butter
  25. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  26. For Caramel sauce
  27. 1/2 cup sugar
  28. 2 tbsp water
  29. 1/4 cup heavy cream
  30. 1.5 tbsp soft unsalted butter
  31. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  32. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 AND LINE SQUARE BAKING DISH
  2. IN A BOWL , ADD FLOUR, SALT, SUGAR, BUTTER, CINNAMON AND ALMOND FLOUR
  3. MIX WELL UNTIL IT COMES TOGETHER
  4. ADD THE MIXTURE TO PREPARED DISH AND LEVEL EVENLY
  5. BAKE FOR 15-17 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  6. ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY
  7. IN A BOWL ADD EGG, CREAMCHEESE, VANILLA EXTRACT, SUGAR AND LEMON ZEST
  8. BLEND UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  9. POUR IT OVER THE BAKED CRUST AND LEVEL EVENLY
  10. IN A BOWL, MIX APPLE, SUGAR, CINNAMON AND NUTMEG WELL
  11. ADD APPLE MIXTURE OVER CREAMCHEESE LAYER
  12. IN A BOWL ADD ALMOND FLOUR, OATS, CINNAMON, SUGAR, BUTTER AND MAIDA
  13. MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  14. ADD MIXTURE OVER APPLE LAYER AND LEVEL EVENLY
  15. BAKE FOR 25-35 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 UNTIL SET
  16. IN A HEAVY BOTTOM PAN, ADD SUGAR AND WATER. WITHOUT STIRRING CARAMELIZE SUGAR
  17. TAKE OFF FROM HEAT, ADD CREAM
  18. OVER LOW HEAT STIR CONSTANTLY FOR A MINUTE UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  19. ADD BUTTER SALT AND VANILLA EXTRACT. MIX WELL
  20. ALLOW TO COOL LIGHTLY
  21. ALLOW BAKED CHEESECAKE TO COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE
  22. SLICE THE CHEESECAKE
  23. POUR CARAMEL SAUCE AND SERVE
