  1. Maggi mushroom penne Pazzta 1 pack
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  4. 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
  5. 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  6. 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
  7. 2 tbsp tomatoes chopped
  8. 2 tbsp spinach chopped
  9. 1/2 cup fried cottage cheese
  10. Grated cheese to top
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper power 1 tsp
  13. Italian seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 PACKET MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA IN A PAN.
  2. ADD TASTEMAKER
  3. ADD 2 CUPS WATER
  4. STIR WELL
  5. PUT THIS PAN ON THE GASS
  6. BRING TO BOIL THEN SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. KEEP ASIDE.
  8. IN A PAN HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL ADD 2 TBSP CAPSICUM, 2 TBSP SPRING ONION CHOPPED
  9. SAUTE THEM
  10. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATOES
  11. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED SPINACH
  12. 2 TBSP BOILED SWEETCORN
  13. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CARROT
  14. CONTINUES COOKING TILL VEGGIES ARE SOFT.
  15. ADD SALT, PEPPER AND ITALIAN SEASONING
  16. MIX WELL.
  17. ADD BOILED MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA
  18. ADD 1/2 CUP PAN FRIED COTTAGE CHEESE BATONS
  19. COMBINE WELL AND HEAT THROUGH
  20. READY TO SERVE
  21. BEFORE SERVING SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE GRATED CHEESE
  22. YUMMY MUSHROOM PAZZTA IS READY TO EAT.
