Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maggi mushroom penne pazzta 2 packets
  2. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic 3 cloves
  4. Flour 1 tbsp
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Cheese cubes 2
  7. Mix vegetables (peas,capsicum,carrot,olives) 1 cup
  8. Spinach puree 1/2 cup
  9. Salt 1/4 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. OPEN 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA, REMOVE THE TASTEMAKER & SET ASIDE
  2. ADD THE PAZZTA IN A PAN
  3. ADD 250 ML WATER PER PACKET, AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK
  4. ADD THE 2 TASTEMAKERS
  5. MIX PROPERLY, PLACE ON LOW HEAT
  6. STIR & COOK FOR 5 MINS UNTIL DONE, SET ASIDE
  7. FOR THE CHEESY SPINACH SAUCE - HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL, ADD 3 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES
  8. ADD 1 TBSP FLOUR, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  9. ADD 1 CUP MILK, STIR TO MAKE A LUMP-FREE SAUCE
  10. WHEN THE SAUCE THICKENS A BIT, ADD 1/2 CUP SPINACH PUREE, 1 CUP BOILED MIXED VEGETABLES
  11. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF PEPPER & SALT, 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE
  12. MIX & SIMMER FOR 1 MINUTE
  13. MIX THE READY CHEESY SPINACH SAUCE INTO THE COOKED PAZZTA
  14. MIX WELL & TAKE OFF HEAT
  15. TRANSFER TO A SERVING DISH
  16. GARNISH WITH SOME GRATED CHEESE & OLIVES, SERVE HOT
