Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi mushroom penne Pazzta 1 pack
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  4. 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
  5. 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  6. 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
  7. 2 tbsp tomatoes chopped
  8. 2 tbsp spinach chopped
  9. 1/2 cup fried cottage cheese
  10. Grated cheese to top
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper power 1 tsp
  13. Italian seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 PACKET OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA IN A PAN
  2. ADD THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK
  3. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  4. STIR WELL
  5. PUT THE PAN ON LOW HEAT
  6. STIR & BRING TO A BOIL, SIMMER FOR 5 MINS UNTIL DONE
  7. THE PASTA IS READY, SET ASIDE
  8. HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL, ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED CAPSICUM & SPRING ONION, SAUTE
  9. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED TOMATOES & SPINACH
  10. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF BOILED SWEET CORN & GRATED CARROTS, STIR & COOK TILL THE VEGGIES TURN SOFT
  11. ADD SALT, PEPPER & ITALIAN SEASONING TO TASTE, MIX
  12. ADD THE READY PAZZTA
  13. ADD 1/2 CUP PAN FRIED COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES
  14. STIR & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  15. SPRINKLE A LITTLE GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  16. THE MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA IS READY
  17. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
