  1. 4 kerelas
  2. 1 tp red chillie powder
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 8 tp Coriander powder
  5. 1 tp amchur powder
  6. 1/2 lemon 2 onions

Instructions

  1. CUT AND WASH KERELA IN WATER
  2. ADD SALT AND HALF LEMON MIX WELL KEEP HALF HOUR
  3. FRY 2 ONIONS ON TAWA WITH 4 TP OIL
  4. TILL IT TURNS BROWN ADD 1 tp red chillie powder,8 tp coriander powder,salt,1 tp amchur .
  5. BOIL KERELA TILL SOFT
  6. DRAIN WATER AND COOL
  7. STUFF MIXTURE
  8. PUT SOME OIL SHALLOW FRY KERELA BOTH SIDES
  9. TURN SIDE
  10. FRY MASALA KERELA IS READY
  11. SERVE WITH CHAPATTI
