  2. Boneless mutton cubes 500gms
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  4. Papaya paste 2tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  6. Roasted coriander powder 1tbsp
  7. Roasted jeera powder 1tsp
  8. Saunf powder 1tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  11. White vinegar 1tbsp
  12. Curd 1cup

  14. Curd 1/2cup
  15. Cream 1tbsp
  16. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  17. Haldi powder 1/2tsp
  18. Dhania powder 1tsp
  19. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  22. Tandoori chicken masala powder 1tbsp
  23. 3)
  24. Oil 3tbsp
  25. Onion 1sliced
  26. Tomatoes 1sliced
  27. Capsicum 1 sliced

Instructions

  1. IN 500GMS BONELESS MUTTON CUBES ADD THE POWDER SPICES
  2. ADD 2TBSP PAPAYA PASTE
  3. ADD 1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND 1CUP CURD
  4. ADD 1TBSP WHITE VINEGAR. IT WILL FURTHER SOFTEN THE MUTTON
  5. MIX PROPERLY AND MARINATE OVERNIGHT
  6. SKEWER THE MUTTON PIECES ON A WOODEN STICK. HEAT 1TBSP OIL ON TAWA AND PUT THE SKEWERS ON HIGH HEAT
  7. COOK COVERED FOR 20 MINUTES AND ADD LITTLE MARINADE AFTER FEW MINUTES. TURN TO BROWN ON ALL SIDES
  8. MIX THE SPICES IN CURD FOR MASALA
  9. AFTER TAKING OUT SKEWERS FROM TAWA ADD 2TBSP OIL AND ADD 1BIG SLICED ONIONS AND 1BIG SLICED TOMATOES
  10. AFTER FEW MINUTES ADD 1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  11. ADD THE CURD MIXTURE
  12. THEN PLACE THE GRILLED MUTTON SKEWERS AND ADD 1 SLICED CAPSICUM COVER AND COOK FOR 15 MORE MINUTES
