Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Moong daal 1 cup
  2. Paneer 500gms
  3. Besan 1cup
  4. Green chillies 8
  5. Ginger 2inch
  6. Salt 1.5tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. Haldi powder 1tsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Hing 1*4tsp
  11. Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves chopped 3tbsp
  13. Dry spices powder to sprinkle on paneer
  14. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  15. Salt 1/2tsp
  16. Roasted jeera powder 1tsp
  17. Oil 8tsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHILLA
  2. SOAK 1CUP MOONG DAAL OVERNIGHT.IN A MIXER ADD DAAL AND ALL THE SPICES TO BE GROUND TOGETHER
  3. ADD 1 1/2CUP WATER
  4. ADD 1CUP BESAN IN THE MIXER TOO FOR A SMOOTH BATTER FOR CHILLAS
  5. THE CONSISTENCY OF THE BATTER SHOULD BE AS SEEN IN VIDEO
  6. ADD 2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS IN THE BATTER
  7. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ON A TAWA ADD A BIG SPOON OF BATTER AND SPREAD EVENLY
  10. ARRANGE THICK PANEER SLICES
  11. MIX THE POWDER SPICES AND SPRINKLE ON PANEER
  12. NOW ADD 1TSP OIL ALL AROUND
  13. FOLD INTO HALF WHEN LITTLE BROWN
  14. KEEP IT ON LOW FLAME TO BE CRISP.SERVE WITH YOUR FAVOURITE CHUTNEY OF YOUR CHOICE
