Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. mushroom Penne pasta 1
  2. garlic 6 pods crushed
  3. oil for stir fry
  4. Salt and pepper according to your taste
  5. Musgroom 1 pck sliced
  6. chicken 250 grms

Instructions

  1. CUT OPEN 1 PACKET OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA, REMOVE THE TASTEMAKER
  2. ADD THE PAZZTA & THE TASTEMAKER IN A PAN
  3. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER, MIX WELL, KEEP TO COOK
  4. ONCE THE PAZZTA STARTS BOILING, SIMMER ON LOW HEAT IT TILL IT'S COOKED
  5. THE PAZZTA IS DONE, SET IT ASIDE
  6. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, ADD 4 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE
  7. ADD 200 GMS BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES
  8. SEASON WITH 1 TSP EACH OF SALT & PEPPER, 1 TBSP BASIL POWDER
  9. COVER & COOK ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT TILL DONE, SET ASIDE
  10. IN THE SAME PAN, HEAT 1 TSP OIL, ADD 2 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES, 200 GMS SLICED MUSHROOMS
  11. SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, SAUTE UNTIL THEY TURN SOFT, SET ASIDE
  12. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF BUTTER & ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  13. ADD 1 CUP MILK, WHISK & COOK TO AVOID LUMPS
  14. ONCE THE SAUCE THICKENS, ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  15. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE, MIX
  16. ADD THE STIR FRIED CHICKEN & MUSHROOM, MIX WELL & TAKE OFF HEAT
  17. TAKE MINI TART PANS, LINE THEM WITH FOIL
  18. ARRANGE THE READY PAZZTA ON THE THE SIDES & AT THE BASE
  19. ADD THE READY WHITE SAUCE FILLING
  20. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  21. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 4-5 MINS UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS ON TOP
  22. THE PAZZTA PIE IS DONE, ALLOW TO COOL A LITTLE & THEN DEMOULD
  23. SERVE HOT, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
