Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Dough
  2. 1.5 cups All purpose flour
  3. 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  7. 2 tbsp+ 2 teaspoon olive oil
  8. For Filling
  9. 70g Maggie Pazzta (any flavour)
  10. 250 ml water
  11. 50g sliced mozarella cheese
  12. 2 tbsp chopped olives
  13. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  14. 1.5 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  15. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  16. 1 tbsp flax seeds
  17. 1 beaten egg for glazing
  18. 1 tbsp parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1.5 CUPS FLOUR, MAKE 3 WELLS, ADD 3/4 TSP INSTANT YEAST, 1 TSP EACH OF SUGAR & SALT INTO THESE
  2. GENTLY MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OIL, 1/2 CUP LUKEWARM WATER & KNEAD INTO SOFT, SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. TRANSFER THE READY DOUGH TO AN OIL GREASED BOWL, COAT WITH OIL
  5. COVER & SET ASIDE TO REST IN A WARM PLACE FOR 2 HOURS
  6. CUT OPEN A MAGGI CHEESE MACARONI PAZZTA PACKET, ADD THE CONTENTS TO A PAN
  7. ADD THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK
  8. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER, MIX WELL
  9. BRING TO A BOIL, SIMMER & COOK FOR 5 MINS, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
  10. COVER & SET ASIDE WHEN DONE
  11. GENTLY DEFLATE THE RISEN DOUGH
  12. KNEAD & STRETCH THE DOUGH ON A FLOUR DUSTED SURFACE FOR 3-4 MINS
  13. ROLL OUT THE DOUGH INTO A RECTANGLE LIKE THIS
  14. PLACE 50 GMS SLICED MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON ONE SIDE, LEAVING A GAP TOWARDS THE EDGES
  15. ADD THE READY MAGGI PAZZTA ON TOP OF CHEESE
  16. ADD A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED OLIVES ON TOP
  17. SPRINKLE 1.5 TBSP ITALIAN SEASONING, 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  18. ROLL TIGHTLY INTO LOG, SEAL THE EDGES FROM ALL SIDES
  19. PLACE THE LOG ON A BAKING TRAY LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
  20. MAKE EQUAL SLITS HALFWAY THROUGH THE DOUGH
  21. GIVE AN EGG WASH ON TOP
  22. SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF SESAME & FLAX SEEDS ON TOP
  23. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 20-22 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP
  24. SPRINKLE A LITTLE PARSLEY ON TOP
  25. SLICE & SERVE WARM, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
