  1. Sesame seeds 3tbsp
  2. Roasted peanut 1 tbsp
  3. Grated jaggery 100 gm
  4. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  5. Ghee 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. TAKE ROASTED SESAME SEEDS AND ROASTED PEANUTS.
  3. MAKE COARSE POWDER.
  4. TRANSFER IT IN A PLATE.
  5. NOW ADD GRATED JAGGERY INTO IT.
  6. MIX THEM WELL.
  7. KEEP THE STUFF ASIDE.
  8. NOW TAKE FLOUR .
  9. ADD DESI GHEE.
  10. MIX IT WELL.
  11. KNEAD THE DOUGH.
  12. MAKE THE DOUGH SOFT.
  13. NOW TAKE SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH AND ROLL IT.
  14. PUT THE STUFF AT THE CENTRE.
  15. NOW SEAL IT PROPERLY.
  16. ROLL IT LIGHTLY.
  17. HEAT THE TAWA AND PUT THE PAPADA ON TAWA.
  18. FLIPP IT TO OTHER SIDE.
  19. APPLY SOME GHEE ALOVER.
  20. COOK IT NICELY.
  21. NOW SERVE IT AFTER FEW MIN AS IT IS VERY HOT.
  22. NOW TILL GUD PAPADA IS READY.
