ABOUT Paneer Cheese Wheat Pancakes RECIPE

You may say paranthas but these are stuffed with paneer and cheddar cheese and done as healthy pan cakes.Change stuffing as per choice.Enjoy with onion raita pickle or butter smear.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 30 grams paneer
  2. 2tblspn cheese grated of your choice,here i used cheddar
  3. 11/2 cup wheat flour knead soft
  4. 2tblspn oil to tava fry
  5. Corriander chopped to flavour paneer
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2tspn Pepper powder
  8. 1/2tspn cummin seeds
  9. I dont use much of green chilli though My Tip says if tolerable add 1 green chilli chopped too.

Instructions

  1. 150 GRAMS WHEAT FLOUR 30 GRAMS PANEER, CORRIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED,SALT,PEPPER,CU MMINSEEDS,OIL TO FRY
  2. ADD SALT PEPPER,CHOPPED CORIANDER AND CUMMIN SEEDS TO PANEER ,MIX LIGHTLY,MAKE SMALL POORI OF WHEAT
  3. ADD CRUMBLED PANEER CORRIANDER,AND 1TSPN GRATED CHEESE ON IT ,CLOSE WITH THE OTHER DOUGH POORI
  4. ROLL A LITTLE AND TWITCH THE SIDES LITTLE LIE PIE KIND
  5. HEAT TAVA PLACE THE PANEER PIE PANCAKE ON IT AND DRIZZLE OIL FROM SIDES
  6. DONE ON ONE SIDE ADD LITTLE OIL ON TOP,TURN OTHER SIDE
  7. TAVA FRY BOTH SIDES WELL
  8. ROAST WELL
  9. YOUR PIE PANCAKEIS READU REMOVE IN PLSTE NOW
