  1. Bhindi 1/2 kg
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  10. Amchur 1 tsp
  11. Saunf powder 1 tsp
  12. Green chilli 3
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  15. Heeng 1/2 tsp
  16. Oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. CUT 1/2 KG BHINDI LIKE THIS
  2. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 1.5 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 1 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA
  7. ADD 3 TBS BESAN(GRAM FLOUR)
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. MIX ALL THE SPICES
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN IN 1/4 CUP HOT OIL
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP HEENG
  12. 2-3 GREEN CHILLIES
  13. ADD BHINDI & SPICES MIXTURE
  14. STIR OCCASIONALLY & OPEN COOK FOR 20-25 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT, DON'T COVER THE KADHAI
  15. AFTER 20 MINUTES ADD 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  16. ADD 1 TSP SAUNF POWDER,MIX
  17. TAKE OFF THE HEAT THEN ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GINGER & 1 SMALL ONION
  18. ADD 1 CHOPPED SMALL TOMATO, COVER THE KADHAI FOR 2 MINUTES
