Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For 2 omlates Any big Fish 150g (3 pieces)
  2. Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  3. Salt as required and pinch of termaric powder
  4. Garam mashala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Besan or gram flour 1 and 1/2 table spoon
  6. Water roughly 1/2 cup
  7. Crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chopped onion 1 table spoon
  9. Chopped coriander 1 table spoon
  10. Chopped cilli as you like
  11. Oil for frying 2 teaspoon per omlate

Instructions

  1. BOIL FISH PIECES WITH SLIGHT SALT AND DISCURD THE BONES
  2. CHECK CAREFULLY NO BONE SHOULD REMAIN
  3. IN A MIXER GRINDER TAKE FISH PIECES ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD SALT
  5. ADD GARAM MASHALA POWDER
  6. MAKE A PASTE OF IT
  7. ADD PINCH OF TERMARIC POWDER
  8. ADD BESAN OR GRAM FLOUR
  9. IN A BOWL TAKE THE FISH PASTE ADD LITTLE WATER ADD CHOPPED ONION, CORIANDER, CILLI
  10. BLEND AND MIX PROPERLY
  11. HEAT OIL ON A TAWA
  12. SPREAD BLENDED FISH MIX
  13. SPRINKLE CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
  14. FRY ON LOW FLAME UNTIL THE SIDE ON TAWA DONE PROPERLY
  15. THEN FLIP IT CAREFULLY AND LET FRY THE OTHER SIDE
  16. ADD LITTLE MORE OIL IF NEEDED
