  1. Bhindi 1/2 kg
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  10. Amchur 1 tsp
  11. Saunf powder 1 tsp
  12. Green chilli 3
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  15. Heeng 1/2 tsp
  16. Oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. CUT 500 GMS OKRA INTO 1 INCH LONG PIECES LIKE THIS
  2. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, 1.5 TSP CORIANDER & 1 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA POWDERS
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & CHAT MASALA POWDERS
  4. ADD 3 TBSP GRAM FLOUR, SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  5. THE BHINDI IS READY TO COOK
  6. HEAT 1/4 CUP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 2-3 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  8. ADD THE SPICED OKRA MIX
  9. COOK FOR 20-25 MINS ON LOW HEAT, STIRRING IN BETWEEN
  10. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF AMCHUR POWDER, FENNEL SEED POWDER, MIX
  11. TAKE OFF HEAT, ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GINGER & 1 SMALL ONION
  12. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 2 MINS, SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR DAL-RICE
