  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Oats 1/2cup
  3. Curd 1 1/2cup
  4. Red chilli flakes 1tsp
  5. Salt 1tsp
  6. Sambhar powder 2tbsp
  7. Onion 1 big
  8. Tomato 1 big
  9. Capsicum small 1
  10. Carrot 1
  11. Green chillies 3
  12. Ginger grated 1tsp
  13. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  14. Baking soda powder 1tsp
  15. Moong sprouts 1cup
  16. Oil 8 tsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY
  2. IN A BOWL TAKE 1CUP SEMOLINA AND 1/2 CUP OATS
  3. ADD 1 1/2 CUP CURD,1TSP CHILLI FLAKES, 1TSP SALT, 2 TBSP SAMBHAR POWDER
  4. ADD 1 BIG CHOPPED ONION AND 1TOMATOE CHOOPED
  5. ADD 1CARROT CHOPPED AND 1SMALL CAPSICUM CHOPPED
  6. ADD 3GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED AND 1TSP GINGER GRATED
  7. ADD 1TSP CUMIN SEEDS TOO
  8. MIX WELL
  9. JUST BEFORE MAKING THE PANCAKE ADD 1/4TSP BAKING SODA
  10. ADD 1/4CUP MORE WATER IF THE CONSISTENCY OF BATTER IS THICK. IT SHOULD BE AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO
  11. ADD 1TSP OIL ON A TAWA AND SWIRL AROUND
  12. SPREAD A BIG SPOON OF BATTER IN THE MIDDLE AND EVENLY SPREAD IT
  13. ADD MOONG SPROUTS ON TOP AS YOU LIKE IT
  14. FLIP IT WHEN YOU SEE THE BASE GOLDEN IN COLOUR
